Light, reflection, and openness define the spatial experience

The design is guided by its vantage point, using light, reflection, and openness to amplify the connection to the surrounding seascape. Spaces are planned to remain visually continuous, allowing natural light to move freely while framing outward views. Reflective surfaces are used strategically to extend sightlines and enhance spatial depth.

The material palette is kept light and cohesive, allowing surfaces to reflect and soften natural light. Bronze mirrors and marble introduce depth, while wood, leather, and suede elements bring warmth and tactility. Subtle metallic accents add refinement, creating a quiet, understated richness.

A sense of lightness is maintained throughout, with finishes and textures chosen to diffuse light. The resulting ambience is calm, airy, and quietly luxurious, remaining closely tied to its coastal setting.
